At échor Luxury, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted fragrance products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied due to a valid concern, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product

The product delivered was incorrect (wrong item sent)

Your order was cancelled before dispatch

A replacement is not available for the issue reported

2. Conditions for Refund
To initiate a refund:

Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear images and an unboxing video of the issue

The product must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging

3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery

Fragrance preferences or subjective dislikes

Delays in delivery once the item is shipped

Gift cards, custom orders, or items bought on final sale

4. Refund Process

Verification: Our quality check team will review your request

Refund Approval: If eligible, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method

Communication: We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund

5. Cancellations and Prepaid Refunds
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us

If the order is cancelled on time, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
