All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery (India): ₹99 or Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Courier Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

You can track your order using the courier’s website or from your account dashboard.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Issues
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, festivals, or courier disruptions.

échor Luxury is not responsible for delays once the product is handed over to the courier.

6. Packaging & Handling
All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

In case your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear images of the package and product.

7. Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Non-Delivery or RTO (Return to Origin)
If the courier returns the package due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we can reship it after re-confirmation, but additional shipping charges may apply.
